How many puzzles can I play for free?
After the two tutorial puzzles, you get 2 new puzzles a day: one opens at midnight and the next at noon. Mad Guess Unlimited removes the limit.
I subscribed, but I'm still limited
It can take a minute to unlock. If it doesn't, open Account in the app and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure your iPhone is signed in to the same Apple Account you subscribed with.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open Account in the app and tap Manage Subscription. You can also go to Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then tap Subscriptions. Deleting the app or your account doesn't cancel it.
Can I get a refund?
Apple takes all App Store payments, so refunds come from Apple. Ask for one atreportaproblem.apple.com.
How do I delete my account?
Open Account in the app and tap Delete Account. That deletes your account and its data. Cancel any subscription first, because deleting your account doesn't cancel it. The Privacy Policy says exactly what's deleted.
